Titanic is no longer working. I tried the new UHD 4K, the older Blu-Ray, the older DVD, and streaming. The movie is recognized, but there is no motion or vibration from any of the chairs.

However, we can say that the series Monarch, Legacy of Monsters, Star Trek and Rebel Moon will not be coded for the time being. We will be working on For All Mankind 4, but we canât confirm a release date so far.

Iâm going to add that using adaptive audio mode is not why I got the d-box system⌠I could have gotten a lot cheaper set up for a chair to vibrate to noise. I got d-box for the detailed, specific, and awesome motion coding that in the past has occurred from the d-box team.
I concur with above thoughts. Some recent coding choices are hard to understand ⌠either old movies and series are being coded or entertainment is being coded that isnât exactly what I think many people are expecting to use for their d-box system. For example, the Northman was released in early 2022 and the Unforgiven in 2021 and were not huge box office movies - but these are some of your most recent codings. How does that get prioritized over entertainment seemingly made for great d-box viewing (Monarch and Star Trek series, rebel moon, etc.). Plus, the late info on future coding choices leaves a lot of us waiting to watch something thinking it âfor sureâ would be coded or then thereâs the other side where you watch something only to find out many months later it will finally be coded (They Cloned Tyrone).
That all being said, d-box owners love their systems and we eagerly want to enjoy the latest shows in full d-box mode. I am sure we all hope that this has just been a slow time for coding turn around/choices. That is at least what I hope it is⌠Weâve seen work and seemingly prompt responses to gaming and racing posts, but the home theater portion has been a lot slower in the last 6 months both in entertainment being coded as well as prompt responses to concerns, questions, and requests.

My D-Box sim rig with 4 actuators is currently around $35K with a lot more upgrades planned as well, including actuators with more throw.
As for prompt responses, I think the responses are around the same between the Movies/TV Series and the Gaming forums. The big difference is that gaming wise, releases happen few and far between, unlike Movies/TV Series, and the requests that are usually made are big titles which were in development for 2-5 years. For reference, there were releases for 4 games in 2023 and 5 games in 2022.
I would like it if the titles really stand out with motion so that you can feel the added value. How are you supposed to convince people when you play a title and nothing happens in your seat.
